With the models’ superior comfort, advanced safety features, diesel power, and bold exterior styling, it is no wonder why they appeal so much to the business minded people. Included in the Transit are the following models: the Transit SWB van, the Transit MWB van, the Transit LWB van, the Transit LWB jumbo van, the Transit single cab chassis, the Transit crew cab chassis, and the Transit bus. Common to these models are the following practical features needed in transporting people and delivering goods: air conditioning, ABS, which is a system for anti-lock brakes, driver’s airbag, and powered side mirrors and front windows. An additional feature was however added on the bus, which is airbags on the eleven passenger seats. As regards the engine used on said models, the new two point two liter Duratorq TDCi was used, which has a six speed manual (RWD). My husband and I will go online and check on these different models, as we are planning to get one through van leasing.

I'm in the Market for a Nice Little 4×4

December 31, 2011 at 7:13 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

Tiger 12 in rough weatherI wanted either one of the new small 4×4 cars or a small 4×4 truck. I needed something to get me through any rough weather and to take me off road. Not into the deep woods or wilderness areas, jut into muddy construction sites and way out on back country roads. I live in a rural area and I work construction. However, my big 4-wheel drive truck uses up a lot of fuel. I need something a bit more economical yet something that will take me where I need to go. I no longer have to haul tools and equipment so something smaller will work just fine. I was assigned a work vehicle but I like to do all my running around after work before I go home so I just use my vehicle. I can’t be putting all those miles for personal use on a work vehicle but I can be reimbursed for work miles on a personal vehicle. The reimbursement is good so it helps pay for the vehicle.

BrightCar Car Maintenance Software 2.0.0.5If you have a product that requires a demonstration to show its effectiveness, then use video to perform that demonstration. People are much more willing to buy a product if they actually a live person using the product. This is especially effective for car maintenance software, as you can do a live screen cast to show off key features.

Putting some of these handy hints into practice will expose your business to many new potential customers that might have otherwise been missed. Profit growth through new sales can be quickly achieved in a short period of time and with economic uncertainty abounding in businesses today, any additional edge your company can have may just be the key to its survival.

You can also give your product to other marketers in your line of business in exchange for their testimonial, again, provided that they find it to be of value and worthy of their effort.

Older Parts for Your Vehicle

November 7, 2011 at 6:42 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

When you do a simple search for any type of information on the Internet, it’s pretty amazing to see all of the results that pertain to that search query. For instance, if you type in 1974 Ford Bronco parts you are likely to find many sites that will link to that information. What you want to watch out for are the sites that are advertisement links because these sites simply have jargon information that is just simply generated to get that site more hits. These sites are in the first 2 to 3 links that match the search engine query that you type in. And they’re what you want to avoid. You can be sure that there are many people around there who have junkyards or other areas in which they sell a lot of older vehicle parts and no little bit about Internet marketing and want to sell them on the Internet to make some profit. Hence, you have all this information and possibility to buy all of these generic and older parts.

My Volkswagen Amarok Escapade

November 7, 2011 at 2:14 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

The first thoughts in my head when I finally saw a picture of the infamous Volkswagen Amarok is that amazingly sleek and powerful! And then I continued reading everything about this awesome pickup truck. I found out that it will be released in the summer of 2011 (which is this year!) and that the exotic name actually means wolf. Apparently, the language is found in North Canada and Greenland. Apparently, the reason why it is called Amarok is that it perfectly fits the description of the wolf. At this point, I got so excited that I immediately looked for a way so I can be one of the first lucky people that can experience this wonderful vehicle. Good thing I can easily rent it at this car leasing company that I found online! I even told my husband about it and after some serious convincing, he finally gave in and declared that he will buy me one! I certainly hope he will.

My Love for Car Shows

October 22, 2011 at 8:23 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

Every year we go down to the car show that’s in my area and look at all the cool cars and trucks for sale. This is a tradition that I had since I was a little kid. My father used to take me to this very same car show and we used to eat hot dogs while we walked around and looked at peoples cars.

Now that I’m older I like to look at all the things for sale. There is a section of the car show with dump trucks for sale that you can buy for good prices. They also have rims for sale and window stickers. You can even find a really good mechanic at the car show that can work on your hot rod or truck.

When I have children I would like to carry on my fathers tradition and bring them to the local ca show. Maybe when the economy gets better I can afford to buy my own hot rod to drive here.

Best Courier Sydney

September 29, 2011 at 8:14 pm • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

Hi guys, just thought I’d let you know about this awesome courier service I discovered that freights heavy stuff from Sydney to wherever you need it to go. I have actually been researching this company and they seem to have the best reputation of anyone out there. Seriously, when it comes to heavy stuff all you have to do is google their brand name, airroad direct, and the click on ‘discussions’ and you will see that unlike all the other courier companies that have loads of complaints about them on social media, these guys are like really clean. This is because they actually ARE the best. Unlike a lot of companies who pretend they are, these guys actually have the highest published DIFOT score in Australia (independently audited). So it’s for real.

I would therefore highly recomment AirRoad Direct if you are looking for a company to freight pallets anywhere in Australia, especially from Sydney where quite a lot of their courier sydney trucks are based.

Maybe I'll Luck out

I am looking for 1978 Ford Bronco parts. My uncle wants to restore his car, and he needs help finding some of the parts. I have looked online for him and found most of it, but he says he needs one more, and I kind of forgot what it was. He is pretty excited about this project though. I am happy that he can be excited about it. It has been a long time since he has been so happy about anything. Ever since his wife left him, all he could do was just sit in front of the TV and maybe work from time to time. I know how important this is for him. I feel like I am the type of guy who can really help him out in this time of need. It is nice that he is focusing his energy on something positive now. It never really happened before, and I feel like it was about time!

A Woman with a Van in America

June 22, 2011 at 9:48 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

During the financial downturn I was made redundant. It was a huge shock. I needed another job so thought I would register as a self employed courier which involved driving a commercial vehicle delivering parcels to commercial and private premises. It is marvelous. It enables me to choose my own hours and don’t have to work for a boss. I no longer have to work with horrible employees who can make working life rather unpleasant. My working day normally commences at 8am and I don’t finish until 6pm. This suits me fine as I enjoy driving, and love kitting out the van with all kinds of accessories, including van roof racks. The only element which can be slightly frustrating is when I deliver items to residential addresses and the occupants have vacated the premises. This normally means I have to make an extra trip to the post office. Fortunately this doesn’t occur often. I will be doing this job for some time as there is always an abundance of work available.

Holiday Packing Essentials

November 18, 2010 at 3:42 am • Posted in Trucks/SUVsComments Off

Imagine you’re going with your family on a whitewater rafting adventure. What would you bring with you on this trip? Some basic camping gear, maybe some dry clothes, a camera… That’s all well and neat, but suppose your backpack falls into water, what did you actually lose? Camping gear is not too expensive. You can buy new clothes and replace the clothes you lost (unless you they have some sort of sentimental value for you). What about all the memories you captured with your camera, and all those you won’t be able to capture now that your camera is gone? You must have seen the MasterCard ads, those memories are priceless. Now imagine you’re wife/son or anyone else with you had a backup camera. Everything in the camera that fell into the water is gone, but you still have a backup one and you can save at least the rest of the trip.Think about this and next time you’re packing for a family adventure and you have more than one camera, bring at least two and try not to think about it as a greater chance to lose one, but as assurance to have another if one is lost.
